What to bring to your appointment |

Bring any referal letters that you may have. Bring any relevent X-Rays or scans or reports. Wear suitable clothing to allow for examination of the area involved. Remember your private health insurance card, DVA gold card, medicare card.
 Important- Treatments must be paid for at the time of consultation.
- Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your initial consultation to fill out the necessary paperwork.
- Please try to be on time. We aim to be punctual 98% of the time.
- If running late, a phone call would be great.
We AcceptCash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express Workers Compensation and CTP ClaimsBring your insurance details to your initial consultation. This will include a claim number and insurance detail, and enables us to bill the insurer directly.
